Abstract

The article examines innovative methods for organizing the physical education learning process in educational institutions of Almaty, using the example of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in the Nauryzbay District of Almaty. The study analyzes modern pedagogical technologies aimed at increasing students’ motivation for regular physical activity, developing motor skills, and fostering sustainable physical engagement. Particular attention is given to the integration of digital tools that enhance the effectiveness of teaching motor actions, especially running technique. To improve running technique, the article explores the use of mobile applications and digital platforms such as Strava, Runkeeper, and Nike Run Club, as well as analytical systems like Garmin Connect and Polar Flow. These technologies allow for the tracking of key biomechanical indicators, including cadence, stride length, ground contact time, and vertical oscillation. Additionally, the article highlights the advantages of using video-based services such as Dartfish, Coach’s Eye, and Kinovea for in-depth videobiomechanical analysis, enabling personalized feedback and individualized correction of running technique. The study further discusses the potential of gamification, differentiated instruction, and the project-based approach for increasing student engagement. An analysis of the effectiveness of these innovative methods is presented based on empirical data collected from students and teachers. Practical recommendations are provided for improving the teaching of physical education within the contemporary digital learning environment.
