Editorial ethics

The editorial board of the journal makes every effort to comply with ethical standards accepted by the international scientific community, preventing any violations of these standards both in its own work and in relationships with others.

Copyright

Authorship of the manuscript belongs to those researchers who have directly participated in its creation-formulating the idea, writing the article, interpreting the results, and making a significant contribution to obtaining the scientific findings. Authors retain the rights to their manuscripts while allowing anyone to freely download, distribute, or copy them, provided proper attribution of authorship and a citation of the original publication in this journal are included. No permission from the authors or publisher is required for these actions, as long as a reference to the journal is provided. Authors also retain the right to distribute their article through other sources, with a mandatory citation of its original publication in this journal.

Conflict of Interest
Editors and reviewers must not use unpublished data obtained from submitted manuscripts in their own research without the written consent of the Author. Any information or ideas acquired during the peer review process that could provide personal advantage must be kept confidential and not used for personal gain. Reviewers should not participate in the review of manuscripts if there is a conflict of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with any of the Authors, companies, or institutions associated with the submitted work.

Privacy Policy
The editorial board of the journal does not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to third parties, except for designated reviewers, prior to its publication. Likewise, the editorial board does not disclose information about reviewers to authors or any other individuals. These and other behavioral norms for participants in the publication process — including principles, rules, and standards of conduct for authors, editorial board members, publishers, and reviewers — are based on publication ethics.

Procedure for Article Revisions and Corrections
If the review of a manuscript concludes that revisions are necessary, the article is returned to the author for revision (no more than twice). If the review contains recommendations for corrections or improvements, the responsible secretary sends the review text to the author with a request to take the comments into account when preparing a new version of the article, or to refute them (in whole or in part).
The revised manuscript is then resubmitted for peer review and evaluated according to the standard procedure.
An article not recommended for publication by the reviewer will not be reconsidered.
If the author disagrees with the reviewer's opinion, they have the right to submit a justified request to the editorial board for the manuscript to be reviewed by another reviewer, providing relevant arguments in an appeal. In such cases, the editorial board will either send the manuscript for re-review or provide the author with a justified rejection.
