Submission of Materials. Journal Website Address:
- Register on the website (first name, last name, organization, country)
- Log in to the system (email address, username, password)
- Read the Guidelines for Authors(familiarize yourself with the journal's requirements)
- Access your personal account (you must select the role of author or reviewer)
- Upload your article
- Wait for a response from the journal's editorial office
Communication between the editorial team, the corresponding author, and reviewers during the manuscript process is carried out via the electronic platform.
Article Formatting Requirements:
An author (including as a co-author) may submit an article no more than twice per year.
Articles must be uploaded by the author in the following three formats:
- MS Word– Full original article
- MS Word– Article without the author’s name and affiliation – for peer review
- PDFversion of the original article – for the Anti-Plagiarism system
Formatting guidelines:
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font size: 12 pt
- Alignment: Justified
- Line spacing: Single
- Paragraph indent: 1 cm
- Margins:
- Top and Bottom – 2 cm
- Left – 3 cm
- Right – 1 cm
Tables, charts, and images must be provided in editable format.
Their total volume must not exceed 20% of the entire article.
Font for tables/figures: Times New Roman, 10 pt.
Refer to the article sample for the correct layout of tables and figures.
IRSTI (Interstate Rubricator of Scientific and Technical Information):

These codes must be placed in the top left corner of the article in bold, in the language of the article.
The authors’ full names, affiliation (place of work/study), city, and country should be centered, written in lowercase italics, in the language of the article.
The corresponding author must be marked with an asterisk (*).
The title of the article (7–12 words) should be written in uppercase letters, centered, in the language of the article.
The abstract must be at least 100 and no more than 300 words, in the language of the article.
It should include: the problem statement, research objectives, research methods, results, and key conclusions.
Keywords: word/phrase (5–7 words in the language of the article)
The above information must be provided in three languages: Kazakh, Russian, and English.
Introduction
(Relevance, level of problem development, literature review, research aim and significance)

(Outcomes of the work, including tables, graphs, illustrations, and references to data sets)

References must be formatted according to the standard GOST 7.1:2003 (see sample) and should include no fewer than 15 and no more than 30 sources, with over 50% of the sources from the last 3–7 years. This must include mandatory citations of publications indexed in Web of Science and/or Scopus. Self-citations should be limited to 1–2 sources.
Automatic numbering of the reference list is not allowed.
References to sources are given in the text as they appear, in square brackets with continuous numbering, for example:
[1, p. 15], indicating the reference number from the bibliography and the page or article of the normative act cited by the author. Automatic page-based referencing is not allowed.
If the bibliography contains works in Cyrillic, a romanized version of the reference list must be provided. Use the transliteration tool at http://www.translit.ru.
References:
For articles written in Kazakh and Russian, transliteration of the reference list into Latin script is mandatory. For articles in English, the reference list should be provided in the original language using Latin script.
Article length:
The main body of the article (excluding title, author information, abstract, and keywords) must be at least 2500 words and no more than 6000 words. If the article reaches the maximum length, up to 4 co-authors are allowed. The length in A4 pages is not relevant; only the word count matters.
Citation style:
Use the Chicago style of scientific citation: (Author, Year) or (Author, Year, page).
Author responsibility:
The author(s) are responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the information in the article. Increasing the originality score of the text through technical or other unethical methods will result in the rejection of the publication.
